Current data-handling information for the development beta.

This page describes the current beta implementation. A complete production privacy policy, including confirmed provider processing and retention terms, has not yet been published.

Uploads and review artifacts

Artlint processes source uploads and creates playback media, source frames, analysis reports, and evidence. Customer records are scoped to the authenticated workspace. The application supports private object storage and controlled access to media.

Artlint also reads the origin metadata embedded in each upload, such as C2PA Content Credentials, and shows a summary with the video. The summary holds who signed the credentials and when, the tools and the source type they state, and the provider an AI-content label names. It does not hold the author names, identity claims, locations or device details that such metadata can also carry. Artlint does not contact any address a file names.

Analysis providers

Visual analysis can send selected media and analysis instructions to providers configured for the workspace. Which providers process data depends on that configuration. Provider retention and training-use terms have not been summarized into a published end-to-end policy.

Retention and deletion

Retention controls and deletion workflows are part of the product, but complete production cleanup and retention guarantees remain under verification. Do not assume automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Contact the operator to confirm the applicable handling before uploading sensitive footage.

Accounts and support

The workspace uses account and membership information to provide access. Information you submit through the support form is used to handle that request. Contact the operator for questions about your account data or deletion.

Cookies and analytics

This site and the workspace console use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and device and browser type. Sign-in, verification, and recovery codes are removed from page addresses before they are reported. Google sets its own cookies and processes this data under its own terms; see policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. The workspace console also sets session cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.
